Sake made using only rice, water, yeast and koji – no additives or added alcohol
Brewed with flower yeast cultivated from strawberry blossoms, flavours of white flowers and red berries appear. This sake is not pasteurised (nama) and is rich in fresh aromas and juicy taste.
Rice-Polishing Ratio: 55%
