Our brand new whiskey hi-ball takes the most beautiful, simple, plentiful and totally overlooked Wild Irish Pine, and pairs it with a 5 year old pot still whiskey, verjus and organic japanese yuzu. We then carbonate this fresh earthy blend with water from wicklow and can it at 5% abv.
This can is about connection, to yourself and where you come from. It's about what Ireland is famous for; good people, green trees and good whiskey. It's time to celebrate this iconic connection.
